Nice quality, some minor issues

I tried the Sensitive Skin Foundation and the Cream Blush with Easy-Open Cap. The foundation shade matched well, and it felt light on my skin, which I appreciate since I have sensitive skin. The blush cap was indeed easy to open, a thoughtful touch. However, the blush itself was a bit sheerer than I expected, needing a couple of layers for noticeable color. Also, I noticed that while they offer refills, the initial price point for some items felt a tad high, even with the accessible design. Overall, a good experience, but a slightly more pigmented blush would be nice.

Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little long. Everything arrived well-packaged though, and the products themselves are great. The mascara wand is comfortable to hold, and the eyeliner is much easier to grip than others I've tried. Quality feels good for the price, especially for the unique design features. Customer support wasn't needed, so can't comment on that.
